What’s not to like about Schon Cleaning? Excellent job done. I used them for a deep clean prior to moving into our apartment. We used their services after reading reviews but were highly disappointed. We wanted a move out deep cleaning service and was offered their ongoing package of 4hrs. The flat was bare and the kitchen had no appliances except the chimney. We were provided with 2 female cleaners who were incapable of doing the basic cleaning also. The de grease provided by them were of low quality , the cleaners did not even soak the appliance with the degrease. The other cleaner had no bucket to use and was using one of my broken left over bucket. It was a sheer waste of time and money. Our work was not done and they were highly unprofessional. Thou they offered another free service we refused it. In 4hrs. they could hardly do any work lacked total professionalism

We've had only 1 good experience with the company, and despite we've chosen it for the good reviews we can see now that majority of them are 1-2 years old.
The staff we liked at first became unavailable, and another one they sent was rude, not cautious with our property, did a poor quality cleaning.
The sanitation they advertise for free consistently "forgotten" to be brought.

I have been using their service for quite sometime now and Mary Ann is my go to person for all bookings that I have made. She is a gem and one of a kind. I haven't come across anybody this professional and cheerful at all times. Mary Ann is amazing in every task that's assigned to her. Proactive and doesn't require supervision. She is one person with whom I can just leave my house keys and not worry about anything.

Not all their staff are good, I found only 1 staff that was decent enough and knew what she was doing after trying 4-5 different staff and when I try to book the staff I found good enough she is always booked and it seems that they will cancel your booking if a regular customer books even after you did and they will offer you either a different time or staff. Very slow in their responses and their prices are normal to market and you can find cheaper for the same quality. I do not recommend.
